Spectabilis Developers Private Limited is based out of C-26 in the Omaxe City Centre, right on Sohna Road in Gurugram. It is a pretty central spot, which really helps when we need to meet folks or get out to different sites quickly. Sector 49 is always moving and changing, and we are right there in the thick of it. We do a lot of the planning and development work that goes into new spaces. It is not always easy, especially with how fast things move in a place like Gurgaon. Sometimes we are juggling three different things at once and it feels a bit chaotic in the office. But we have got a good rhythm down now after being at it for a while. We do not have a big PR team or anything like that. It is just us in the room, looking at maps and talking to contractors on the phone. Sometimes the air conditioning in the office acts up during the summer, and we just have to deal with it while we work through the afternoon. We have seen a lot of projects come and go in this part of Haryana over the last few years. Our goal is just to keep working and making sure the projects we take on actually get finished on time. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies every single morning. It is a regular job, just with a lot more dirt and concrete involved than some other types of businesses.
