Spaze Proptech Private Limited

We are over here at Plot No.448 in Udyog Vihar Phase V. If you know the Enkay Square building, we are right on the second floor there. Spaze Proptech Private Limited is the name on the door, though most people just call us Spaze. It gets pretty busy around here during the day with all the traffic in Phase V. Our office isn't anything too fancy, just some desks and computers where we handle the property tech side of things. We started this place because we saw how messy real estate can get, so we try to use a bit of software to keep things organized. Usually, the morning starts with tea and looking through a lot of data. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. The climb up to the second floor keeps us moving. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors are mostly other offices doing their own thing. Sometimes people drop by asking for directions or looking for other companies in the building. We just point them the right way and get back to our work. It’s a lot of staring at screens and talking on the phone about different properties. We don’t really have a big sales pitch or anything like that. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and hope the internet doesn't go down. It’s a regular office life in Gurgaon, really. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
