Spaze Projects Llp

Our office is down on the ground floor of Platinium Tower in Sector 47. If you’ve ever been down Sohna Road, you probably know the building because it's a pretty big landmark around here. We are at Unit No 22. It’s a decent place to work from, even if the traffic nearby gets a bit loud during the rush hour. At Spaze Projects Llp, we spend most of our time looking at floor plans and talking to contractors on the phone. It’s a lot of back and forth, really. We handle various projects, mostly around this part of Gurgaon. The traffic on Sohna Road can be a real pain in the morning, but being centrally located helps us get to different construction sites without driving for hours. We aren't into those big corporate meetings that go on for ages with no results. Usually, we just sit down around the main table, look at what needs doing for the day, and get to it. It’s about managing the daily tasks and making sure the builders stay on track. There’s always something happening at the office, people coming in with supplies or subcontractors looking for updates on their payments. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from filing to site visits. We don't have a fancy receptionist or anything like that. Just us in our workspace. We like being in Sector 47. Sometimes things get complicated with materials, but we just deal with it.
