Spaceart Buildcon Llp is based out of C 1283 in Sushant Lok Phase 1. It is a busy part of the city, but we like being right in the middle of things. We have been operating from this location for quite some time now. Our focus is mainly on building and construction work. We are a small group of people who actually enjoy the process of seeing something go up from the ground. It is not always easy. Sometimes there are problems with getting materials on time or the labor does not show up, but we just deal with it as it happens. Our office is a practical place where we keep our maps and blueprints. We are not interested in looking like a big corporation. We would rather spend our energy on the project sites. Sushant Lok is a great area because it is close to many of our ongoing jobs. We do not have any big slogans or polished marketing materials. We just talk to people plainly about what needs to be done. The work is loud and messy, but that is the reality of construction. We have seen this neighborhood change a lot over the years and we are glad to be part of that growth. Most of our clients come from word of mouth. We just show up every day and try to get the walls built straight. It is a simple life and it works for us.
