Sona Warehouse Real Estate Private Limited

We are based at House Number 23, Block 1, in Mohalla Darbaripur. It’s right on the road in Badshahpur. Sona Warehouse Real Estate is mainly about managing spaces and dealing with the real estate side of things around here. Badshahpur has changed a lot lately, and we’ve been here to see most of it. We spend a lot of our time walking through warehouses and checking on properties. It’s not the kind of job where you sit at a desk all day. We are usually out talking to people or looking at some land. The office is just a place to store the keys and the documents. We don't have a big staff, so everyone does a bit of everything. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic, especially when multiple people are looking for space at the same time, but we get through it. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation. We just want to keep things moving smoothly for the people we work with. People in the Mohalla know us, and we like that local connection. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or anything. If a warehouse is good, it speaks for itself. We just provide the local knowledge and do the legwork to make sure everything is legal and ready to go. It’s a busy life but we enjoy being part of the Badshahpur community and helping out where we can with these spaces to make sure businesses have what they need.
