Snp Conrepair Private Limited is located over in Gurgaon, specifically at Nirvana Country. Our office is up on the 4th floor of Nirvana Courtyard, suite C-414. It’s a nice enough area with plenty of shops and people walking around downstairs. If you’ve ever been to Sector 50, you know how busy it gets during the morning rush. We spend a lot of our time focusing on repair work and construction-related stuff. Most of our guys are out on sites during the day, so the office is usually a bit quiet until late afternoon. I usually spend my mornings going through paperwork and making phone calls to check on progress at different locations. We started this because we saw a lot of buildings needing maintenance and basic fixes that often get ignored. It is a small team, but we’ve stayed busy since the day we opened. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view, though we’re mostly looking at other buildings and the parking lot. We don’t have any big corporate signs or a lobby filled with plants. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of site reports. Sometimes we have clients come by to talk about their home repairs or office renovations. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. If a job is going to take a week, we say it’ll take a week. It isn't always what people want to hear, but it saves trouble later.
