SMARTWORLD DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is a busy place because there’s always a lot of development happening in this part of Gurgaon. Our office stays pretty active with people coming in and out, talking about new projects and looking over maps. It’s a modern building, sure, but we try to keep things down to earth when we’re actually talking to people. Development is a long process and it involves a lot of different steps, from planning to actually getting the ground cleared. We spend our days coordinating between different teams and making sure everything is on track. It’s a lot of phone calls and meetings, which can get a bit tiring, but it's what we do. We aren't into those big, polished sales pitches you see sometimes. We’d rather just show someone a plot or a plan and explain what’s going to happen there in plain English. The Sector-66 area is growing fast, and being right in the middle of it helps us stay on top of things. It’s a practical way to run a business, staying close to where the action is. We’re just a team of people trying to make sense of the real estate world here in Haryana without getting lost in all the corporate talk. It is just everyday work for us, making sure buildings get finished.
