Skymax Construction Private Limited

We run Skymax Construction Private Limited from J-1204 in Mahindra Aura, which is over in Palam Vihar, Sector-110A. Our office is basically inside a residential building, so it feels very different from a typical corporate setup. It is more relaxed and feels a bit like home, which we actually prefer. We handle construction projects around this part of the city, mostly focusing on things we can keep a close eye on. The team is quite small, just a few of us who have been in the building industry for a long time. We do not have a big department for advertising or anything like that. Most of our days are spent on the phone with contractors or looking at blueprints spread out on the dining table we use as a desk. Sometimes the building lift is broken or there is a wait at the security gate, but that is just part of living and working in Mahindra Aura. We spend a lot of time out at the actual construction sites, checking if the walls are straight or if the materials arrived on time. It is dusty and tiring work, but seeing a building actually go up is a good feeling. We like being in Palam Vihar because it is a nice area and we have gotten to know the people around here. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to make sure each project gets finished without too much trouble.
