You can find us at 9506 FF in Dlf Phase 4, over at Garden Villa in Shivlok Dham. It’s Skycourt Estates Private Limited. We handle estate stuff, mostly around this part of the city. Being in Phase 4 is good because it’s a central location for us. We aren't some massive agency with a hundred agents. We are just a small group working out of the office here. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and walking around different properties. It gets tiring, especially when the weather is bad, but that’s the job. We don’t put on airs or pretend to be something we aren't. We just know the local market and the buildings in Shivlok Dham. People come to us when they need help with property things. We try to be honest about what’s available. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, and we have to stay late at the Garden Villa office to catch up. It’s a local business, run by people who actually live around here. We know which streets get flooded and where the quiet spots are. That kind of knowledge matters. We’ve been Skycourt for a while now, and we just keep doing what we do every day. Nothing too complicated about it. We just look at the flats and houses and try to keep everything organized. It is hard work but it keeps us busy.
