Sids Homes Private Limited

Sids Homes is located in the Orchid Petals society on Sohna Road, right in Tower 15, unit 1004. Being near Omaxe City Centre in Sector 49 makes it easy for us to get around and meet people. It’s a residential complex, so the atmosphere is pretty calm compared to the main road outside. We run our home-building business from here. It’s mostly just us handling the coordination between the architects and the workers on the ground. We have a lot of folders stacked up on the dining table which we've turned into a workspace. It’s not very formal. We spend a lot of time driving out to the different sectors where our projects are. Gurgaon is always changing, so there's always a new site to visit or a problem to solve with the materials. We've had this company for a few years, and it's mostly been about word of mouth for us. We don't do much advertising. We'd rather just show people the actual houses we've finished. Sometimes the security at the gate is a bit strict with visitors, but that's just how it is in these big societies. We like the location because it’s central to everything we do. It’s a practical setup for a small team like ours. We just try to keep things organized and make sure the projects stay on track, which is harder than it sounds. Dealing with the heat on-site is probably the hardest part of the job.
