Shubhaprada Projects Private Limited

Shubhaprada Projects Private Limited is based at G23 in the Farukhnagar-Manesar area. This part of the region is very different from the heart of the city because it’s a mix of industrial zones and older village land. We are right there in the middle of it. Our work involves a lot of different projects, mostly related to how the land is used and built upon as Manesar expands. The office at G23 is where we keep all our records and meet with the contractors. It can get pretty hot out here in the summer, so we have a couple of fans going all day long. Farukhnagar is a place with a lot of history, but now it’s seeing a lot of new growth, which keeps us busy. We spend half our time in the office and the other half out on the dusty roads checking on progress. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean all day; there is always some mud or dust on our boots. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees, just a local group that knows this specific patch of land really well. We talk to the local farmers and the factory owners alike. It’s a lot of practical work and making sure that the projects actually get finished instead of just being ideas on a piece of paper. We just do our bit to keep things moving.
