Our place is at Villa Number 1, in the A-2 section of Parasvnath Exotica. This is right on Golf Course Road in Sector 53. Even though the address sounds a bit fancy, we keep things pretty grounded inside. It’s a villa, so it’s got a lot of room, which is nice for keeping all the real estate files organized. Being on Golf Course Road means there is always a lot of traffic and activity just outside the gates. We like being in this part of Gurgaon because it’s where a lot of the action is. SHREE VARDHMAN REAL-ESTATE PRIVATE has been operating from this spot for a while. We have a few rooms set aside for desks, but it still feels like a home in many ways. You might find some of us sitting on the patio talking about a deal or just taking a breather. We don't have a big corporate lobby. If you come by, you just walk up to the villa. The trees around the complex help keep things a bit cooler during the peak of summer. We spend most of our time on the phone or meeting people who want to see different properties. It’s a lot of back-and-forth work. We don't really use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people find what they need and try to keep our paperwork in order. It’s a steady job in a busy part of town.
