We are Shree Shivam Construction and Manpower Private Limited, located at 129/2 in Firoz Gandhi Colony No. II. Gurugram is a fast-paced city, and our spot in the colony keeps us right where the action is. We handle two main things: construction and finding people to do the work. It is a lot to balance sometimes. Firoz Gandhi Colony is a busy neighborhood, and there is always something going on outside our door. We spend a lot of time interviewing laborers and checking on different construction sites around the city. It is not the kind of job where you sit still for very long. The office is mostly a place to organize the schedules and make sure everyone gets paid on time. We have been in this part of Haryana for a while and we know how things work here. It is a lot of talking to people and making sure the right workers are in the right places. Sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, but we just deal with it and keep going. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy titles here. We are just a local business trying to make sure the building projects in Gurugram have the people they need. It gets pretty hectic, but we prefer being busy over having nothing to do. We just take it day by day and try to keep everyone working on schedule as much as possible.
