Shrawan Techbuild Private Limited is located at 35/9, Old Railway Road. We’re quite close to St. Michael’s Church in the Rattan Garden area of Gurgaon. If you know that part of town, you know it’s a mix of old and new. We like being near the church because it’s a good landmark for people trying to find us. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we manage our technical and building projects. Gurgaon has changed a lot, but this part of the city still feels a bit more grounded. We’ve got a small team here. We don't go in for fancy marketing or big slogans. We just show up, look at the schedules, and try to keep our projects moving forward. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. Sometimes the power goes out or the road gets blocked, but that’s just life in Gurgaon. We handle the building side of things with a practical mindset. Being on Old Railway Road keeps us connected to the older parts of the city which we appreciate. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and site reports. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We’re just regular people who happen to know a lot about construction and tech-build stuff. We keep things simple and try to be helpful when people come by. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy through the weeks and months.
