We are located over at Suncity Business Tower on the second floor, specifically in Unit 224. This is right on the main Golf Course Road in Sector-54, so you can imagine the traffic can be quite a headache during the morning rush. Shivanth Buildwellshivanth Buildwell Llp has been operating out of this office for some time now. It’s a decent building with a lot of other businesses around, which keeps things lively. Our space is mostly desks and stacks of plans for different building jobs we have going on. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting through meetings that sometimes go on a bit longer than they need to. The office gets some good light in the afternoon, which is nice when we’re stuck inside all day. We do a lot of work related to building and development, which means there’s always something to keep track of. Usually, one of us is running out to grab lunch from a nearby shop or taking a quick walk to stretch our legs. It’s a fairly straightforward environment here. No one really dresses up too much unless there’s a big meeting. We just focus on getting the work finished and making sure the day-to-day stuff doesn’t pile up too high on our desks. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs if we’re in a hurry. It’s just a normal office life for us at 122001 Gurgaon-Gurgaon.
