We are based out in Tapkan Nuh, which is in the Mewat area. It’s a bit different out here compared to the big cities like Gurgaon or Faridabad. Things move a little slower, which honestly isn't a bad thing. Our office is right there in the village of Tapkan. It’s a straightforward setup where we handle our developer work. Being in a rural spot means we know just about everyone who lives around here. We don't have a big corporate office with fancy lights; it’s more of a functional space where we can sit down and figure out our projects. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially after it rains, but we are used to it by now. Most of our work involves local land and building projects. We spend a lot of time outdoors on the actual sites rather than sitting behind a desk all day. It’s hard work, and your boots are usually covered in mud by the end of the shift. We aren't here to give sales pitches or anything. We just do the work that needs doing in the Nuh area. People know where to find us if they have questions about their property or a new build. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy enough. We just take things one day at a time and try to do right by the local community. There are no grand plans, just honest labor and keeping things moving.
