Shailender Singh

I’m Shailender Singh and I work out of H No-32A in Surya Vihar, Gurgaon. This area has changed a lot over the years, with all the big buildings going up nearby, but my place stays pretty much the same. It’s a house that I’ve converted into a workspace, so it has that lived-in feel which I actually prefer over those glass towers they build now. Gurgaon is a fast-paced place, but inside 32A, we try to keep things a bit more grounded. I usually have a few people helping me out, and we all just sit around the big table in the main room. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how we get things done. I don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. If you come to the door, you’re probably going to see me first. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet goes slow, and we just deal with it. We aren't some big multinational corporation; we're just a local setup trying to do a good job for the people who hire us. I like being in Surya Vihar because it's easy to get to, even if the roads are a bit bumpy. It’s a practical location for a practical business. We focus on the tasks in front of us and try not to overcomplicate things.
