Our office is located at Khasra No-6346/247, right on Main Tek Chand Nagar Road. We are very close to the Dwarka Expressway, which is basically the heart of all the new stuff happening in Gurgaon. Sbd Buildtech Private Limited is what we call our business. It’s a bit of a dusty drive to get here because of all the roadwork nearby, but that’s the reality of 122001 these days. The office is a simple building where we keep all our records and meet with people who are interested in the local developments. We spend a lot of time walking around the site near the expressway. It's loud with the trucks going by, but you get used to the sound of progress. We don't have any flashy signs or anything. Most people find us because they saw our address on a document or were told by a friend. We take care of the technical side of building, and there’s always a lot of back and forth with the workers. Our desks are usually a mess of site maps and calculators. It’s hard work, and the days can be long, especially when we have to stay on-site until the sun goes down. We just focus on what needs to be done each day. It’s honest work in a part of town that is changing every single month. We enjoy seeing the road get finished and new buildings popping up around us.
