Our team at Saraj Town Developers Private Limited works out of 311 on the 3rd Floor of the JMD Pacific Square. This is located in Sector-15, Part-II of Gurgaon. It’s a busy part of the city, and being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, though mostly it’s just traffic. We are right here in the 122001 area. We spend our time developing town projects, which involves a lot of back-and-forth with different people. JMD Pacific Square is a well-known building, so it’s easy for people to find us when they need to talk about a project. We don't have a fancy reception or a lot of corporate stuff. It’s just a regular office with people sitting at desks doing their work. Gurgaon is a place where things change overnight, and we try to keep up with all the new rules and ways of building. Some days it’s a bit chaotic with everyone talking at once, but that is just the nature of development work. We’ve been in this office for a while, and it has become our second home. We don't try to be anything we’re not. We just want to build things that work for people and keep the business running smoothly from our little corner of Sector-15. It’s practical and it gets the job done without any unnecessary fluff or high-end decorations. We just focus on the plans.
