If you’re looking for us, we are up on the first floor of Parkash Plaza, Shop 16. It’s right across from B-Block in Palam Vihar, near the power house. The traffic around there can be a real headache in the evenings, but it's a good spot to be. Sanjeev Kumar Buildwell Private Limited isn't some giant company with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller team, mostly focusing on local construction projects around Gurgaon. Our office has that smell of old paper and maybe a bit of dust from the site visits we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers, trying to get prices that aren't too crazy. The plaza is busy, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We do our own bookkeeping and manage the sites ourselves. It gets tiring, honestly. Sometimes we stay late just to finish up some drawings or check on the payroll for the laborers. It’s not glamorous work. You get mud on your shoes and you spend a lot of time waiting for deliveries that are late. But we’ve been around Palam Vihar long enough that people know who we are. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing person. It’s just us in the office, trying to keep the projects moving along. We take things as they come and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. It's just how we work.
