Our place is up on the 12th floor of JMD Megapolis, right on Sohna Road in Gurgaon. Being at 1236 means we have a decent view of the traffic below, which is usually crawling along. SAMKAISER INFRATECH PRIVATE LIMITED is based here, and it's a busy spot with lots of other offices around. The elevators can be a bit of a wait during lunch hours, which is always annoying. Inside, our office is pretty straightforward. We have desks for everyone and a small space for tea. We do a lot of work related to infrastructure projects, so there are always blueprints and technical books lying around. It’s a professional environment but we keep it relaxed. No one is shouting or running around. We just get on with the tasks we have for the day. Sohna Road is a major hub, so it’s easy for people to find us, even if the building is huge. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just want to make sure the infra jobs we take on are finished on time. Sometimes we stay late when a project is in a crunch period. It’s just part of the job. Most of us have been working together for a while now, so we know how to help each other out when things get busy. It’s a good enough place to work and the coffee machine is okay.
