SAMAN INDIA E&C PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of office 616 in the OCUS QUANTUM building. We are located in Sector 51 of Gurgaon, Haryana 122018. It’s a decent-sized building and being on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area. Sector 51 is a developing part of Gurgaon, so there is always something new being built nearby. Our office isn't overly fancy, but it has everything we need to keep our engineering and construction projects on track. We spend a lot of time here looking over blueprints and talking to our teams out in the field. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, which is just how it is in this business. We don't have a big marketing team or a bunch of slogans. We just show up every morning and try to get through the list of things that need doing. The Ocus Quantum building is a good spot for us because it’s easy for people to find, and there are places nearby to grab a bite to eat when we are working late. We’ve been part of the Gurgaon business scene for a while now. We prefer to keep our talk simple and our work honest. It’s just a regular office with regular people trying to do a good job in the construction industry. That’s really all there is to it at the end of the day.
