Being located in IMT Manesar means we are right in the middle of all the industrial action. Our place is Plot No. 243 in Sector-6. If you’ve ever been to this part of the world, you know it’s a lot of trucks and big factories everywhere. Saluja Tools Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this plot for some time. The building is pretty standard for the area, nothing too flashy, just a solid place where we get the work done. Inside, it’s mostly rows of tools and parts. We spend a lot of our time coordinating stuff or checking on the inventory. Manesar can be a bit dusty and loud with all the construction and the plants running nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it. The team here just focuses on the daily tasks. We don't really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing. It’s more about being on the floor and making sure the orders are right. Sometimes the tea break is the best part of the day when things quiet down for a minute. We’ve seen this sector grow a lot over the years, and we just keep doing our bit. It’s a straightforward operation. We handle the tools, talk to the suppliers, and keep the wheels turning. It’s not a complicated life, just a busy one in a busy industrial hub. We keep it moving until the day is done.
