Sahni Realtors And Interiors Llp is based at F 1 in the Arya Appartments, which is in Sector 15. We do a bit of everything when it comes to homes. Some days we are helping people buy or sell property, and other days we are inside an empty flat figuring out where the new cabinets should go. Sector 15 is a established area, so we do a lot of renovation work in older apartments. It’s a family-run kind of business. We don't have a big corporate office or a fleet of cars. Most of our meetings happen right in the living rooms of the places we are working on. We like the interior design part because it lets us be a bit more creative, though it’s still mostly about picking the right materials and making sure the workmen do a good job. Real estate can be stressful because there’s so much money involved for people, so we try to stay calm and just explain things clearly. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream. We just show them what’s available and what can be done with a space. The office at Arya Appartments is where we keep all our samples and files. It’s a bit crowded, but we like it that way. We’ve been in this business for years and just plan on keep doing what we know best in this neighborhood.
