Being in a basement means we don't get much sun, but it stays a bit cooler during those long Haryana summers. S DEV CONSTRUCTION is where we manage our various building projects. We have stacks of files and blueprints everywhere, and the phone is usually ringing with someone asking about a delivery or a site update. We aren't into the whole corporate lifestyle. We are more about getting the actual work done. Construction is a messy business, and our office often reflects that with bits of samples and site boots near the door. We’ve been in Sector-43 for a while now and we know the local vendors and contractors pretty well. It helps to be in a central spot like Queens Plaza. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements; we just rely on doing a solid job so people tell their friends. Sometimes the market gets so crowded it’s hard to find a place to park, but that’s just life in Gurugram. We just do our thing and don't feel the need to use big, empty words to describe it. We just build houses and commercial spaces, making sure the walls are straight and the owners are satisfied. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy every single day.
