RUDRAKSHUM CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We’re over in Sushant Lok 1, specifically at House Number 944 in Block C. Rudrakshum Constructions Private Limited is the name on the papers, but to most people around here, we’re just the guys working on the local sites. Being in Sushant Lok keeps us pretty busy since people are always renovating or building something new in this part of Gurgaon. It’s a nice enough area, though parking can be a real pain sometimes when we have trucks coming in. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s more of a hands-on type of business where we’re constantly checking on progress and making sure the bricks and cement are actually being used right. Construction is a messy business, and there's always some problem to solve, like a pipe leaking or a delivery being late. We just deal with it as it happens. We aren't looking to be the biggest company in India; we just want to stay busy and do decent work for the folks who hire us. The office is really just a place to keep the paperwork organized so the government stays happy. Most of the real action happens out in the dirt. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a steady life, even if our boots are always covered in mud at the end of the day. We don't have a lot of time for talk, mostly just for work.
