Up on the fourth floor of Tower-B at Spaedge, you’ll find us in Unit 441. Being on Sohna Road means we are always in the middle of the noise and the constant movement of the city. Rubik Infratech is basically a group of people who enjoy the grind of the infrastructure business. The office has a decent view of the road, though mostly you just see the traffic jam near Sector-47. We aren't really the type of people who wear suits and give big presentations. Most of the time, we’re in dusty boots or sitting at our desks trying to make sense of a budget that’s being stubborn. We have a lot of files. Probably too many files, if you ask the person who has to organize them. The elevator in this building is usually slow, so we end up waiting around a lot, talking about the weather or the latest construction news. We handle the daily stuff that comes with being a private limited company in a competitive place like this. It involves a lot of phone calls and sitting in meetings that probably could have been shorter. But that is just how the business is. We’ve been here at Spaedge for a bit now and it feels like home, even with the humming of the air conditioner and the light flickering in the hallway. We just focus on the work right in front of us and try to keep things moving along.
