We are Risun Properties Private Limited, and you can find us at 402, Tower-C1, in the Ireo Skyon complex. We are located in Sector-60, which is right next to Sector-59 in Gurgaon. This part of the city is growing really fast, and there are new buildings going up all the time. Our office is up on the fourth floor. From there, we manage a lot of property-related stuff. It’s mostly just keeping track of what is available and helping people figure out where they want to live or put their business. We aren't the kind of people who wear suits every single day; we’re more about being out on the ground and seeing the properties for ourselves. Ireo Skyon is a pretty well-known spot, so it’s easy to give people directions. We spend a lot of time driving between different sectors in Gurgaon. It’s a busy life, and sometimes it feels like we are always on the phone. But that’s just how the property business works. We don’t have a polished sales pitch. We just know the local area and what the buildings are like around here. We’ve been based in Sector-60 for a while and have seen how much it has changed. It’s an interesting place to work, even if the summer heat makes the site visits a bit tough sometimes. We just keep moving and doing our job day by day. It is what it is.
