You can find us in the basement of Plot Number 1447 in Sector 45, Gurugram. Working out of a basement is actually pretty nice during the summer because it stays a lot cooler than the upper floors. It’s a bit of a quiet space, which is good when we need to go over construction drawings or sort out the weekly schedules. Sector 45 is a busy part of town, but once you step down into our office, things calm down a bit. We are a small construction company and we don't really go for anything too polished. The walls are mostly covered with calendars and project notes. We spend a lot of time on our phones or out at different sites across the city. Construction in Gurugram is always a challenge with the traffic and the constant changes, but we’ve gotten the hang of it over the years. We aren't interested in making ourselves sound like some huge corporation. We’re just a local team that knows how to put a building together. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with dirt from the sites, but that’s just how it goes. People come to see us at Plot 1447 when they need something built or fixed. We just give them a straight answer and get to work. It’s a basic, honest way of doing things, and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar side of life in the city.
