Ricco Building India Private Limited

We are located over at Spazeedge in Sector-47, right on Sohna Road in Gurgaon. Our office is on the second floor of Tower-B, specifically Suite 244A. If you’ve ever been on Sohna Road, you know how the traffic can get, so we spend a lot of time just getting to and from our sites. We go by Ricco Building India Private Limited. It’s a bit of a long name for what we do, which is mostly just regular construction work. We started this because there’s always something being built in Gurgaon. Honestly, some days are just spent chasing after suppliers or making sure the workers showed up on time. It’s not a very quiet job, that’s for sure. The office is decent enough for what we need. We keep all our maps and site plans there. It’s a small team of us, and we’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. We don't really do the big fancy advertising thing. Most people just find us through word of mouth or see our office when they’re in the building for something else. We handle various building projects around the city. Sometimes it’s a lot of pressure when deadlines are tight, but we just keep at it. It’s a practical business. We focus on getting the structures up and making sure they stay that way. Nothing more to it than that, really. It gets dusty and loud, but that is just the way it is here.
