Relief Physiotherapy Clinic

Our clinic is situated at U 3/6 in DLF City Phase 3. Being in Phase 3 means we get a mix of people coming in, from office workers to residents. It’s a physiotherapy clinic where we spend most of our time dealing with the usual aches people get from sitting at desks or playing sports. The place is fairly easy to find once you are in the DLF area. We have a couple of treatment areas set up. It’s not a huge facility, but it’s got everything we need for basic physical therapy. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. We don’t wear fancy uniforms, just comfortable clothes that let us move around easily while we help patients. The clinic has been here for a while now. We’ve seen DLF grow around us. We open the doors early in the morning because a lot of people want to get their exercises done before they head to their offices. It stays pretty steady throughout the day. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles, just the standard equipment and some mats on the floor. It’s a quiet spot most of the time. We handle the bookings ourselves, so if you call, you’re usually talking to the person who will be doing the therapy. We like it that way because it keeps things simple. No corporate layers, just us working here. We have a small desk near the entrance where we keep our notes. The air conditioner works well, which is good for the summer months. There’s a small window that looks out onto the street. We keep some water in a dispenser for anyone who gets thirsty. It’s just a normal clinic.
