Rao Physiotherapy Clinic

Rao Physiotherapy Clinic has been in this part of Gurgaon for a while now. We are tucked away in Udyog Vihar Phase 3, right at C-1/2746. It is a bit of a busy area since it’s industrial, but the location also serves people from Sushant Lok-1. If you know where the Sai Mandir is, you will find us quite close to that. Directly opposite our building is the big Paras Hospital, which most people use as a landmark to find our door for the first time. The traffic around here can get a little messy during the morning rush, but that is just Gurgaon life for you. Inside the clinic, things are kept pretty simple. Most of our time is spent helping people move better, whether they have a stiff neck from sitting at a desk all day or some old sports injury that keeps acting up. We aren't a fancy corporate setup with glass walls and matching uniforms. It’s just a place where we do the work. The walls are a bit plain and the furniture has seen better days, but everything serves its purpose well enough. People from the nearby offices often walk over during their lunch breaks or right after they finish work. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the phone rings more than we can answer it immediately. It is just a few of us here making sure everyone gets their exercises done correctly.
