Arn Physiotherapy Clinic

You will find Arn Physiotherapy Clinic down in the basement of Indraj Arcade, which is over in Sector 15. Being in a basement has its ups and downs. It stays a bit cooler when the sun is beating down on the New Railway Road outside, but we don't get much natural light. We’ve got our setup there, opposite the Hope Apartment. It’s a busy little corner of Sector 10 and 15. The clinic isn't very big, so things can get a bit cramped when we have three or four people doing their exercises at the same time. You’ll hear the sound of the machines and people grunting as they try to get their movement back. We have a few treatment tables and some basic gear for rehab. Most of the people who come in are locals living in the nearby apartments who have hurt their backs or are fixing a knee after surgery. The stairs leading down to us are a bit steep, which is sometimes funny considering we are a physio place, but people manage. We spend our days mostly helping people stretch or working through their pain. It’s not a polished medical office with a big reception desk. It’s just a practical space where we work. We have some posters on the walls showing muscle groups, and they are starting to curl at the edges. It’s a simple operation, and we just try to keep everyone moving.
