Pal Physiotherapy Clinic

Our clinic is situated right near the Vishal Mega Mart in Sector 14, just off Old Delhi Road. If you know that area, you know it stays pretty active with all the shoppers and the heavy traffic. We’ve got this space set up for people who need to work on their movement or deal with some aches that just won't go away. It’s not a very big place, but we have enough room for the tables and the gear we use for the different exercises. A lot of folks come in after their work day because we are on a main route. The walls are a plain color and we try to keep the music low so people can focus. Sometimes it smells like those heating rubs or cleaning supplies, which is just expected in a place like this. We spend most of our time showing people how to stretch or helping them get through their sessions. It’s a lot of hands-on work. Most of us here have been doing this for years, so we’ve seen all sorts of stiff backs and sore knees. We don’t do anything flashy or have big slogans. You just come in, do the work, and then head home. The traffic on Old Delhi Road can be a bit much during rush hour, so most of our regulars try to time their visits around that mess. We just focus on getting through the daily schedule and making sure everything is ready for whoever comes in next.
