Arya Physiotherapy Clinic

The clinic is over on Akash Neem Marg in DLF City, specifically at number 26. It is a pretty standard setup for a physiotherapy place, with a few treatment tables and some exercise balls rolling around the floor. We have some elastic bands hanging from hooks and a few weights tucked into the corner. Most of our day is spent helping people stretch or showing them how to move their arms and legs properly. The floor is covered in those foam mats to make it easier on people’s joints. We have a small air conditioner that hums in the corner, though it struggles a bit when the sun is hitting the windows in the afternoon. The waiting area is just a couple of chairs near the front door where people sit and wait for their turn. We keep a logbook on the counter to track who comes in, and the pen is usually tied to a string so it doesn't go missing. Being in DLF City, we get a lot of people who work in offices nearby coming in with sore backs or necks. It is a quiet kind of work, mostly just talking to patients and counting repetitions. We don't have any fancy signs, just the name on the door. It’s a basic space where we keep things tidy and focus on the daily appointments as they come in.
