Physiotherapy Clinic

Palam Vihar is a nice area, and we’re located right in I Block at House No 23. It’s a residential building, so it feels more like a home than an office. We like it that way because it’s less intimidating for people coming in. The Physiotherapy Clinic has been operating out of this house for a while. We use the ground floor mostly. There’s a small garden out front that we try to keep tidy, though the weeds sometimes get ahead of us. When you come inside, you’ll see we’ve turned the main rooms into treatment spaces. It’s quiet in this part of Palam Vihar, which is a relief. We don’t have a big flashy sign, just a simple one so you know you’re at the right house. The neighbors are used to seeing people come and go. Inside, we keep the windows open when the weather is good to let the air circulate. We have a few chairs in the entryway for whoever is waiting their turn. It’s a small operation. Just a couple of us doing the work and keeping the place running. We don’t have a fancy computerized system; we mostly use a big paper diary for the schedule. It works for us. Living and working in the same community makes a difference. You get to know the families and the stories behind every ache and pain. It's just a regular house on a regular street, and that's how we prefer to keep it for now.
