Our office is located at 503-B on the fifth floor of Unitech Arcadia, Block-A in South City-2. That’s in Gurgaon, 122008. Reeya Dreamhomes Private Limited is the name. It’s a decent building, usually quite busy during the day. We are a small team working on residential projects. Making a home isn't just about the bricks; it's about the planning too. We spend a lot of time up here on the fifth floor looking at maps and permits. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we make do. South City-2 is a good area to be based in. We see a lot of people coming through Arcadia for shopping and work. We aren't the type to use big words or make huge promises we can't keep. We just take on projects we know we can handle. Most of us have lived in Haryana our whole lives, so we understand the local way of doing things. Building houses can be stressful when materials get expensive or the workers are sick, but we just keep at it. It’s a private company, so we don’t have to answer to a big board of directors. It’s just us trying to do a good job for the people who come to see us. We have some coffee, talk about the plans, and get to work. That is our daily routine.
