We are located in Unit No. 20 on the 12th floor of the German Center. This is part of Building No. 9-B in DLF Cyber City. It is a very modern part of the city, and everything around here feels very fast-paced and busy. Our office itself is pretty straightforward. We have the usual setup of desks and chairs. Being on the 12th floor gives us a decent view, but we are usually too busy with emails and paperwork to look out the window much. Rational International India Pvt. Ltd is where we handle the Indian side of things. It is a mix of people from different backgrounds working together. We do not have a lot of rules about how things should look, as long as the work gets done correctly. The building can be quite crowded, especially during the lunch hour when everyone heads down to the food court at the same time. We tend to keep to ourselves and focus on the tasks at hand. There is a lot of coordination involved in what we do, so there is often a bit of chatter in the office. It is not a silent place, but it is not loud either. We just show up, do our hours, and head home like everyone else in Cyber City. It is a practical office for a team that has a lot to manage every single day without any unnecessary bells and whistles or fancy stuff.
