Ratan Engineering

Ratan Engineering is right here in Sector-15. We've been at house number 1998 for a while now. It’s a busy spot but we manage. Most days it is just us working through whatever comes in. People usually find us easily because the sector is laid out okay. We have a lot of tools and parts laying around, which is just how an engineering place looks. It's not fancy. Sometimes the noise gets a bit much but the neighbors don't complain too much. We start early when the sun isn't so hot. My hands are usually greasy by ten in the morning. That’s the job though. We fix things and make parts. It isn't complicated but it takes time to get it right. If you walk past 1998 you'll see the sign. It’s a bit faded from the sun. We thought about painting it but we got busy with a big order instead. The floor is concrete and has some oil stains that won't come out. We’ve got some old machines that still run better than the new ones. It gets dusty in here especially in the summer. We keep the big doors open to get a breeze. It’s just a regular workshop where we do the work ourselves. Nothing more to it. We don't spend time on computers much. Usually, someone is just standing at a bench or moving some heavy metal around. That is basically us. We just get on with it.
