Rasandik Engineering Industries India Ltd.

Our factory is located at Plot No. 13/14 in the Roz Ka Meo Industrial Area over in Sohna. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but once you are in the industrial area, it is all warehouses and manufacturing plants. Rasandik Engineering is a place where we do a lot of heavy metal work. The building is large and the ceilings are very high to let some of the heat out. Inside, it is always noisy because of the presses and the welding machines. We have a lot of people working here in shifts. It isn’t a place for suits and ties. We wear work clothes that get dirty pretty fast from the oil and dust. The area around Sohna has changed a lot, but this industrial patch stays pretty much the same. We have a canteen where we all eat together and talk about the day. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the deadlines make things a bit stressful. But we are a good group of people just trying to do our jobs well. We don't have a flashy office or any corporate slogans on the walls. It’s just a factory floor where things get made. The sun hits the metal roof in the summer and it gets quite hot, but we have our fans and we just keep the production line moving. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy.
