Ras Homes

Our office is down in the basement of Plot No. 2852 in Gurgaon Sector 57. It’s located right off the Golf Course Extension Road, which has become a very busy part of the city lately. Ras Homes is where we handle the day-to-day tasks involved in local real estate and property matters. Since we are in the basement, it stays a bit cooler than the street level, which is nice during the Delhi summers. We have a few desks and some very full filing cabinets. It isn't a showroom with fancy lighting; it’s just a place where we get our work done. We spend a good chunk of our time on the phone or out at different sites around Gurgaon. When we are back at the plot, we’re usually doing paperwork or meeting with people who live nearby. We don't use corporate jargon or try to act like we're a huge firm. We just know this specific area of Gurgaon really well. Parking can be a bit of a struggle on our street, but we usually find a way. It’s a small team here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing. We’ve seen Sector 57 change a lot over the years, and we’ve just stayed here doing our thing. If you stop by, it’s usually pretty casual. We’re just a local business doing the work we know, without any extra polish or pretense.
