Ramada Encore

Our building is located at N-233 and 234 in South City-1 over in Gurgaon. It’s a pretty busy area of Haryana, and we see a lot of people coming through for work or just passing through the city. Running a hotel like this means we are always on the go. There is always a room that needs cleaning or a guest who has lost their key. We don't use a lot of corporate talk here. We just try to make sure the beds are made and the water is hot when someone wants a shower. The lobby usually has someone sitting in it waiting for a meeting or a taxi. Gurgaon can be a loud and hectic place, so we try to keep things a bit more orderly inside our walls. We have a team that handles the kitchen and the cleaning, and we all just pitch in where it's needed. Sometimes the elevator acts up or the internet goes slow, and we have to deal with that as quickly as we can. It’s not about being the fanciest place in town, just about being a reliable spot for someone to stay for a night or two. We spend a lot of time checking people in and out and making sure the bills are correct. It’s a straightforward operation. We’ve been in South City-1 for a while now and most people in the neighborhood know where we are located.
