Rabaya Infradevelopers Private Limited is located at 2/79 in Shivaji Nagar. That’s in the heart of Gurugram, near the 122001 area. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while now. It’s a local street, and everyone kind of knows everyone else. Our office isn't some huge tower; it’s just a regular building where we handle our infrastructure and development work. The streets around here can get pretty crowded during the day, especially with all the two-wheelers and people moving around. We like being in Shivaji Nagar because it feels more like a real community than the high-rise sectors. Most of our work involves planning and managing development projects across the city. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with different teams and contractors. We keep it simple here. There’s a desk for paperwork, a few chairs for when people stop by, and that’s about it. We don't spend much on decorations because we’re usually out checking on sites anyway. Dealing with infrastructure means you're always solving some kind of problem, whether it's a delay or a supply issue. We just take it one day at a time. It’s steady work, and we’re glad to be doing it from our little corner of Gurugram. If you’re ever in Shivaji Nagar, you might see us coming and going with our rolls of plans and coffee.
