We are Raaso Developers Private Limited, and you can find us at Flat No-95 in Meghdhoot Apartment. Being based in Sector-10A of Gurugram is quite convenient for us, even if working out of an apartment feels a bit different than a traditional office building. The space is filled with desks, computers, and a lot of rolled-up drawings that never seem to stay in place. From the window, we can see the rooftops of Sector-10A, which reminds us of how much the city is growing every single day. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different contractors and making sure that all the paperwork for our developments is in order. It’s not always exciting work, especially when you’re stuck behind a desk for hours dealing with government forms or land records. However, it’s all part of the job of being a developer in a place like Gurgaon. We often have people dropping by the apartment for meetings, so there’s usually a pot of tea on the stove. The parking around Meghdhoot can be a bit of a headache, so we usually tell people to come early. Our focus is just on getting projects through the planning stage and into construction without too many delays. It’s a busy life, and there’s always a new problem to solve or a site that needs a visit. We’ve been here for a bit now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood and the demands of the industry.
