Pyramid Empires Llp is based out of the White House apartments in Sector 57, specifically Flat H-38 on the ground floor. It’s more of a home-office setup than a corporate headquarters. We like it that way because it feels more relaxed. We handle a lot of different projects around Gurugram. The living room is mostly filled with files and a big table where we meet. Being on the ground floor is convenient for when we have to unload gear or samples. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and it gets a bit noisy, but we don't mind. We aren't the type of company that wears suits and ties every day. Most of us are in jeans and boots because we’re usually headed to a construction site anyway. We deal with the daily grind of building and managing properties. It involves a lot of phone calls to vendors and making sure the labor shows up. Some days are smoother than others. We’ve had this office for a while and it’s become a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the overhead of a fancy commercial tower. We just focus on the work and try to keep our clients updated. It’s a simple operation, run by people who actually know the trade. We just want to get the buildings up and move on to the next thing for the owners.
