Purpleyards Realtech Private Limited

Purpleyards Realtech Private Limited is over in Sector 50, at 132/ F 8. It’s a pretty standard setup for a real estate business in this part of the city. We have a small office where we keep track of all the different properties and plots we are looking at. The sector is always changing, with new things being built every month, so there is a lot to keep up with. We spend half our time on the phone and the other half driving around to show people different yards and buildings. It can be a bit chaotic during the peak hours when the traffic in Sector 50 gets heavy, but we manage to stay on track. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a few desks and some maps pinned to the wall so we don't get lost. We like to keep things straightforward and don't use any of that fancy corporate talk that you hear in the bigger firms. If a place has a leaky roof or a cracked wall, we just say so. Being honest about the state of the buildings is just easier for everyone involved. We eat our lunch at our desks most days because there is always a call coming in or someone stopping by to ask about a listing. It’s a fast-paced environment but we have been doing it long enough that it feels normal to us now. We just focus on the task at hand.
