Property Industries Private Limited is located at R-13 in New Palam Vihar. We are in Phase-1 over in Sector 110. It’s a bit of a drive out here but we like the space we have. The area is still developing in some ways so there is always a bit of construction noise or dust in the air. Our office is a basic unit where we handle all our property business. We aren't big on decorations or anything like that. We have our desks, our files, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. Sector 110 is an interesting place to be because you see the city changing right outside the window. We spend a lot of time talking to people about land and buildings around this part of town. It’s mostly just us working through the details and making sure everyone is on the same page. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people with their property needs and try to keep things moving along without too much trouble. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow but we make it work. Most of the folks who come by are from the nearby areas. We like the local vibe of New Palam Vihar and it feels like a good place to grow slowly. It’s a practical office for practical people and we’re happy with that arrangement.
