PRISH REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of E-2075 in Ansal Esencia. This is in Sector 67, which is part of the larger Gurugram area, specifically near Badshahpur. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it stays pretty quiet most of the time compared to the main city center. Our office is basically a house. We like it that way because it’s comfortable and doesn’t feel like a factory. We have a few rooms set aside for the work we do. There’s a small garden out front that we try to keep alive, though the Haryana sun makes it a struggle sometimes. Inside, it’s mostly just us sitting around a big table talking through the day’s plans. We don’t have any glossy brochures or big marketing displays sitting around. Most of our work happens on our laptops or over the phone while we’re looking out the window at the street. People in the neighborhood know us as the folks in E-2075. Sometimes we walk over to the local shops in Badshahpur to get tea or snacks for the afternoon. It’s a simple setup. We deal with property and land, so being in a house feels right. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a high-rise office or anything corporate like that. We just need a reliable place to sit and get the files organized and the calls made. It’s just a normal day at the office for us, doing the work we know.
