Our office is on the ground floor at 1575 in the Housing Board Colony of Sector 52. It is a very convenient spot because nobody has to deal with stairs. Sector 52 is a pretty active part of the city. We have been operating from here for a good while now. The space we have is simple and focuses on function. There are several desks and a small corner where we can sit down with people who visit us. Our work is mainly about infrastructure and finding various technical solutions. This involves a lot of time spent at the computer doing calculations and making plans for projects. The surrounding neighborhood is mostly residential, so there are always people around. You see kids playing or neighbors walking outside quite often. It gives our workplace a very friendly and grounded feeling. We are not a corporate giant with a shiny lobby or a receptionist at the front. We just have our desks and our equipment. Sometimes the office feels a bit crowded when the whole team is in at the same time. We make it work though. We get our tasks done and then head home at the end of the day. It is a straightforward way to live. We know the guy at the local tea stall quite well by now. We don't spend money on fancy advertising. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are in the community. We stay here because it is easy.
