PDEC DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION INDIA

House No. 367 in Sector - 40 is a busy little spot. That’s the home base for PDEC DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION INDIA. It's more of a workspace than a proper office you'd see in a movie. We have some tables shoved together and a lot of printed drawings rolled up in the corners. Sector 40 is a good area, but parking can be a real headache some days when the neighbors have guests. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. Most of the time, our boots are muddy and we’re more worried about whether the concrete mix is right than how our shirts look. Designing things on paper is one thing, but actually getting the bricks laid and the plumbing to work is where the real effort is. We spend a lot of time arguing with vendors and making sure the delivery trucks don't get lost, which happens more than you'd think. The weather around here doesn't always cooperate, so we've learned to be flexible with the timeline. Some days the heat is just too much, and other days we’re racing to finish a section before the rain hits. It's a lot of physical work and constant coordination. We just try to get the job done right so we don't have to go back and fix it later. That’s pretty much the daily life here.
